Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using Our Software (“Citrus”).

Citrus is a desktop software for macOS and Windows that handles infrastructure management, web applications deployment, and monitoring. On the server side, Citrus supports most modern Linux distributions (more information in our documentation).

Citrus is licensed software owned by DY Lab LLC. When you purchase a license, you get the right to use the software according to these terms.

  • Trial: Free 30-day access to all features. Payment details required to start your trial
  • Subscription: Monthly or annual plans with different limits for Projects and Servers. Includes updates and technical support. The number of Projects and Servers you can manage depends on your subscription plan

After installing and starting Citrus, you will see a modal dialog with an “Activate” button. Click the button to be forwarded to your profile at https://lm.citrus.run in your browser. After authentication, you will be forwarded back to Citrus and the application will receive a License Activation code automatically.

Your license is not tied to specific computers. If you install Citrus on a new computer, complete the activation process and you can remove old activations from your profile if needed.

If your license is terminated, Citrus will stop working. However, all servers and software managed by Citrus will continue running without any changes and can be managed manually.

  • Share your license with others
  • Rent, lease, or resell Citrus to others
  • Try to access or modify the source code
  • Create modified versions of Citrus

When you buy Citrus, you get the software and access to updates. We don’t provide hosting, custom development, or other services.

We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or violations of these terms.

All purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us.

After a refund is issued, your license will be terminated and Citrus must be removed from your computers.

Free support is available for:

  • Sales questions
  • First-time installation help
  • Website issues

Full technical support is included with paid subscriptions and covers all Citrus-related issues.

We focus on helping with Citrus specifically. For other issues, we’re not guaranteed to help but we can try.

We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page.

You are advised to review this Terms of Use periodically for any changes. Changes to this Terms of Use are effective when they are posted on this page.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
